NIBIO report “Norwegian food security and supply risk”

Our NIBIO report “Norwegian food security and supply risk” (original title: Norsk matsikkerhet og forsyningsrisiko – Rapport fra arbeidsgruppe i NIBIO) is now published and available online (in Norwegian).

In recent years, it has become increasingly clear that we are facing more threats to the world’s food systems, partly as a result of climate change. This can challenge the preparedness associated with food supply in Norway. The report presents proposals for action priorities and strategies for improved food security and supply readiness.

My paper makes it to the SSRN Top Ten List, for the fourth time

My paper “How to Successfully Change an Organization: Management Perceptions and Practices” is again on the Top Ten download list of SSRN (Social Science Research Network by Elsevier), for the fourth time.

The paper made it to the SSRN Top Ten on the category AgriSciRN: Other Agricultural Animal Products (Sub-Topic), and as of 05 August 2021 has been downloaded 194 times.

The paper deals with the case of the dairy company Valio in Finland and its massive reorganization efforts. The paper is available online on both the journal and the SSRN.
