Earlier this year it was announced that one of my papers was chosen for an Emerald Literati Network Award for Excellence.

The paper is titled: “Participative organizational change and adaptation: insights from a qualitative case study of successful change” and was published in the Development and Learning in Organizations: An International Journal.

Today I received in the mail the Highly Commended Paper Award! It truly feels good when someone acknowledges your work!
